as the high octane tamil nadu elections draw closer clarity over leadership in the ruling aiadmk alliance continues to be a mystery after the bjp refused to endorse e panni swami as the alliance's cm candidate another ally pmk has now echoed similar sentiments pmk president gk money said that decision on cm candidate will be taken only closer to the elections tamilnadu chief minister e panni swami hit back at his alliance partner claiming that his party will lead the coalition in elections the trouble over alliance comes months after union home minister amicha visited chennai where he had shared 

the stage with eps and his deputy oppaneer selvam the state unit has already made it quite clear that the bjp high command in delhi will foreign foreign has already announced mr uh as a chief ministerial candidate so what is there for the nda to now uh argue especially when it is conceding that the aia dmk would have the chief ministerial candidate from its ranks so this does not really stand to a great deal of reason akshay not joining us for more details akshaya already right ahead of the tamil nadu assembly polls chief minister face uh there seems to be some commotion on that allies of the aid mk pushing for their members to be as the cm face but of course aiadmk refusing to now we're looking at some infighting within the allies and the ai dmk take us through the details well we're seeing that just four months from now the state will be facing an election and what we are seeing here is that different alliance partners are not in sync with the aia dnp at least that is what uh they seem to be showing in the forefront uh what we have to remember is that the aiadmk in the month of october itself announced a cm candidate and that is the current chief minister uh meanwhile 

the bjp as well as the pnk now both have said that they will be announcing the cm candidate in a later period and have not even uh you know uh suggested that they might be supporting eps as a cm candidate so that kind of gives a question if all is well uh within the alliance partners of the aiadmk has put out a very tough statement he has gone on to say that the aiadmk has made its decision it will be going ahead with what it has decided and those who are in sync with it will join hands and you know one other factor that all of them have mentioned is even the election dates have not been announced so you know to talk about alliances before that uh will be like jumping the gun and they're not interested to do that is what uh most political parties are saying here in abila right akshaya thank you very much for joining us four months ahead of polls and tamil nadu is already seeing infighting within the ruling party
